The timeline for HDB & private property valuation is quite close.

In normal circumstances, valuer will contact the owner within 3 working days, and valuation report will be ready within 7 working days.

Major factors in valuation:
(1) Location
(2) level
(3) Amenities
(4) Transport
(5) Interior condition
