What's the normal cost paid by PR who owns HDB that is going to have a LIFT Upgrading. Because PR have no subsidy..Thanks in advance!

AFternoon,

That would depend on which area you are in and how many people are sharing the cost of the lift upgrading within your level.
It can range from $20k plus to even $40k plus for some units. It would be prudent to check with HDB branch office for details.

Hi confuse,

Mike is probably right in his estimation of cost for upgrading without subsidy. Have you just bought a place which is due for upgrading or you are thinking of selling due to the upgrading. Perhaps I maybe able to help better.
