What's the 2012 ball park selling price for a HDB 5A corner 4th floor unit in Jurong West?

Also how much can its masterroom fetch per month. If whole unit leased out, how much per month is average asking for: unfurnished and furnished?

Which Blk are you living in? There are several 5A clusters within Jurong West, ranging from St 81, St 65, Central 1, St 42 and Ave 1.
Their valuation and asking COV defer. So does the rental asking of this units.

Ball park figure for sale will be in the region of $500k +/-, subjective to your location and condition.

Rental for whole unit would likely be about $2,600 a month onwards. Master room can likely fetch about $750 onwards. Above amount would depend on the furnishing conditions.

Most of the 5A models in Jurong West are in the 400 and 500 series. There are also some in the 700 and 800 series. Where is your unit located?

Based on Jan - March 2012 transactions, the price range is from $440k to $495k.

From my company database, there is a mid floor 5A unit at block 437 Jurong West sold at $470k (valuation $430k cov $40k). This transaction was done 2 weeks ago.
