That's a very subjective question. Reasonable COV is dependent on the supply, condition, buyer's requirement and budget, proximity to amenities and wanted facilities, plus the value of such units in due time. Some perceive that $250k COV is reasonable but that does not mean you have similar deep pockets. As I do not know your budget and financial condition, I would say COV asking of $70k to $85k would be good. But if all conditions are met, $100k should be the max.
