Your question is rather unclear. There are many restrictions into purchase of HDB resale unit. What is your current situation? What scheme will you be using to purchase a unit? Are you Singaporean or PR? Single or Married?
There are many other factors that will determine if you are eligible to purchase a HDB unit.
