Hi Mr. Vincent,
1) My guess is you are referring to buying private residential property rather than just "apartment".
2) Technically apartment is referring to a land size smaller than 4,000sqm, meaning a smaller private residential development.
3) The most basic factors are connectivity, amenities, and schools. These are something that is closely related to our life thus also the main factors that the majority will choose upon.
4) Those apartments that have good scores on these 3 main factors usually called for a premium, and there are still people willing to pay for them.
5) Although Singapore is a small island, it is not so inconvenient to access to these needs, but due to the fast pace of our life, these are something we can't ignore.
6) And because of the limited land we have, those locations that comprise these will be getting lesser and lesser. This was one of the reasons why Pasir Ris 8, an integrated project attracted more than 88% sales on the very first day.
7) "NO money can buy time" is something we can't deny upon.
