What should I do if I wish to take my mum name out of a hdb flat which is owned by 3 owners( my sister and me)?
Where can o go for help for this?
I still have a bank loan of 185k for the flat.
Any advice is appreciated.

care to share why do you want to take out your mom's name?

and if your mom's name is taken out, can both you and sister still be owners under the hdb eligibility scheme?

You can speak to your HDB branch office for more clarifications.

    I wish to do it as she’s retiring soon and all her cpf which was used for this house will be useful for her.
    Yes both my sister and me can carry on being owners of the house.
