Valuation for such # mid EA in that area is about $560k - $580k but this is only an estimate. Valuation depends on lots of factors such as condition of the house, facing, renovation done etc.

I will recommend to do a formal valuation if you are really keen in selling your unit.

I guess you must be referring to the 68x - 69x blocks in Jurong West next to JP.

Depending on the condition, size, facing of the unit, valuation is estimated at $550k to $580k.

Are you looking to sell your EA? If you are serious in selling, it is best to obtain a HDB valuation, i can assist you on this.
