A good indication can be checking with the banks regards to an indicative valuation. Nevertheless, a bank indicative valuation does not necessary indicate that the property will be sold at this range as based on my experience dealing with residential homes like sale and rental of private condo and apartments for the past 10 years, the demand and supply of a place will be crucial in whether are we in good position to extract a premium value that can be potentially above the bank indicative value. It is not necessary that a leasehold project that is aging is not going to command a good price but mainly we need to examine further on the past transactions, recent supply and demand to determine what can be expected from the whole process.
