Dear Buyer,

If you have already bought the flat, why need to pay commission?

You can DIY the paperwork yourself. The seller's agent should also assist to facilitate the transaction.

    what i saying is the seller has agreed to accept my offer( hdb flat), but the seller's agent ask me to get an agent to act for me.
