Like it or not, selling price currently may not be the transaction price. Recent transacted price may not indicate that your unit will be sold for similar price, however, it is relatively safe to make your plans around the already achieved price. Most recent unit sold for a 5I unit was $437k inclusive COV in BLK 401. You will need to take note that the pricing factor will differ significantly if PR or certain ethnic groups are ineligible to purchase.
