The estimated vcaluation is around $450k to $470k, with average COV asking of $40k to $60k. This difference is dependent on your unit's facing, level, condition and ethnic restriction, if any.
In order to perform contra facility, you need to fulfill a few requirements. Income ceiling, the number of HDB loan that you have utilized and and your financial status.

It would be good to have your financial projection done, prior to proceeding with your plans. Who knows, you might have other intentions, after knowing the choice that you will be open to.

Hi,

Based on the last transaction, the estimated valuation will be between $450K to $470K. Current COV asking will be about $50K. So you will probably be looking at about $500K ++.

And yes, contra transactions are still ongoing in recent hdb transactions. Financial calculation is necessary as well as the motivation behind the change in property.
