What is the MOP for buying a resale flat?

Hi,
1) MOP is only applicable to the owner or the seller.
2) If you are the owner or essential occupier who is staying in an HDB flat now. You must have owned the flat for at least 5 years before you are eligible to buy another HDB flat.
3) You may log into MYHDB (hdb.gov.sg -> My Flat -> Purchase Flat -> Flat Details) to check whether you have fulfilled your MOP of the current flat.
4) You can only register "Intent to sell" upon meeting the MOP.
