What is the minimum share in % if I would like to share name with my wife to buy my 3rd property and and 2nd property for my wife.
Can I own like only 2% or just 1 % of the property?

Yes, you can opt to own only 1% of the unit, with your spouse having 99% of the share. However, based on whatever plans you might have, it might be ideal for your spouse to undertake the mortgage loan if you are looking at decoupling in near future.

Yes you can do that.

However, ABSD calculation will still be based on the higher percentage. Assuming both you and your wife are Singaporean, if you were to purchase the next property jointly, ABSD incurred will be 10%. If only your wife were to purchase, her ABSD will be 7%.

I am assuming both you and your wife both ARE SINGAPOREANS.
Permanent residents or foreigners would have to pay even higher ABSD .

Based on your plans ,

You would have to pay 3% plus 10% ABSD additional buyer stamp duty for your 3rd property even if your share is only 1% ownership .

Your wife would also have 3% plus 7% ABSD because it is her 2nd property .

To avoid paying ABSD , Alternatively you can consider selling both your present property , thereafter EACH OF YOU buy a property INDIVIDUALLY ( NO ABSD for singaporean 1st property ) .
