Good evening Petrina, If you dont have any outstanding housing loan, you should be able to obtain 80% loan for a max 30 years or own tenure not exceeding retirement age of 65 years old. Loan is based on 60% total debt servicing ratio of your income. Thus downpayment will be 20% which consists of 5% cash and 15% cpf/cash. Morning Petrina, As long as you are a Singapore Citizen, the minimum deposit of 20% applies if you are able to qualify for 80% financing. Since you are working overseas, the only difference is that you may not have CPF contribution and the deposit is payable in cash.
