Anyone above the age of 21 is able to be a home owner, as long as they have means of financing the purchase. Should the purchaser require home loan, they will need to be eligible to apply for the home loan based on their income or assets and funds on hand.

There is no max age on buying a condo unit. However, if you are over the age of 65, you will face restrictions in obtaining a housing loan. If you are above the year of 55, there will also be restrictions on the usage of your CPF towards the purchase as you will need to set aside the minimum sum.
