What is the legal obligation of the buyer agent to ensure the smooth processing and completion of the HDB resale flat purchase? If there is any dispute on the extension period of transfer of flat between seller and buyer, is the buyer agent responsible for resolving the issues. What is the roles and responsibilities of the HDB property agent for buyer and sellet respectively?

Afternoon,

Under the new HDB regulation, early move-in and extension of stay is against the Singapore regulation.
Being under the chapter, we are to abide by the law.

for hdb units, there shall not have any external or private agreement.
there is a standard procedure and agreement from hdb.
