What is the grant if I sell my hdb and move to a resale near my siblings ?

Hi,
The proximity housing grant is for moving near parents and within 4km of their address. May I have more info and requirements about your plans so to make better recommendations? Thanks and look forward to value-add to your housing plans.

For living near siblings, there are no grants available as the grant is only for living near parents or living near child.
Please feel free to contact me so that I can understand your situation better and check for you what grant you are eligible for.
Selling and buying a plan also requires meticulous planning in terms of timeline and cashflow. I can assist you to draw up a transition plan so that you are able to transit smoothly with minimal cash outlay.

In order to qualify for the first timer grant, you must met the following:
1) Not the owner of a flat bought from HDB, or an Executive Condominium (EC) or Design, Build and Sell Scheme (DBSS) flat bought from a developer
2) Not sold a flat bought from HDB, or an EC/ DBSS flat bought from a developer
3) Not received any CPF Housing Grant for the purchase of an HDB resale flat
4) Not received any form of housing subsidy, e.g. benefitted under the Selective En bloc Redevelopment Scheme (SERS), HUDC estate privatisation
For proximity housing grant, it will only be applicable to parent and not siblings.
