Dear sir/madam,

Do you require a home loan for the purchase? If you do, the typical completion period after you have exercised the option is between 6-8 weeks the fastest, for the conveyancing process to take place. Nevertheless, you may also need the seller to be able to deliver vacant possession for you after the completion. In a resale market, units where the sellers are currently residing in will typically require some extension period for the sellers to transit into their new place too.
