On july'2011, Last unit that is marketed at your block 692b is valued at $380k which is abv 15th floor, asking for $420k. I have sold another unit at your block this year also at abv #08 floor, value at $360k, closed at $395k.

The value n cov asking depends on your floor level, renovations, door facing etc...
