Morning sxtan,

estimated valuation ranges from $370k to $390k for your flat while COV is subjective depending on your house condition, facing etc.

If you are interested in sale, I will recommend you to spend a minimal amount of $170.50 to request for a formal valuation thus from there, you can in fact more accurately estimate your final sale price.
