What is the different between condominium and apartment? thanks

Hi Neni,
Condominium must have a minimum land size of 40,000 sq ft and usually have more communal facilities like pool, gym, tennis court, playgrounds etc.
Apartment refer to developments with total land area less than 40,000 sq ft and usually will little communal facilities(eg. just a pool and small gym).

If u are foreigners, no worries, you can buy anything from pte apt to condo except landed and hdb. condo has a large site of min 40000sf and normally has more units and most of them has full communal facilities whereas apt is normally very small site and very few facilities. due to its small site normally there are not many units in the development too. if further clarifications needed, you may call Veronica Lim DTZ 94550898
