The last transaction in Euro Asia apartments is a 1593 sqft unit at $1.65mil sold in Jan 2021 (1036psf). For up to date valuations, it will be ideal to check with a few banks and I can assist on that.

I understand the development is also trying for enbloc as well. May I know if it is still in progress?

Bigger units like your unit have higher demand and usually are able to transact above the bank valuation.
