Hi,

Not too sure what do you mean exactly by the OTP rate, but most sellers will still require a 1K OTP deposit before an OTP is issued. Thanks and hope to assist further with your transaction.

Morning,

The HDB OTP requirement still stays the same with max of $1k as option and $4k for exercising the option.
