What is the current HDB value and COV for 5 rooms HDB Block 172X near PP?

Hi Jordan,
Assuming unit is on a mid floor, valuation is expected to be in the range of $500k with COV about $35k. This is only an estimation based on past transactions and current units in the market and does not reflect value and COV range of actual units.
Do you need any further assistance? I used to stay in 172C and therefore am very familiar with the environment and surrounding.
