What is the commission to agent for selling a HDB unit

Afternoon,
Under Estate Agency Act 2010 and Fair Trade Act, it's stated clearly that the commission payable by client for the services rendered by salesperson are to be discussed and agreed upon by both parties. However, standard market practisioner will tell you that it's at 2%.
