What is my option to force the ex-owner to move out from our newly bought house after kindly granting them a 3-weeks extension of stay? Now they are asking for another extension whereas for our part we have time constraint as we need to move out soon at the rental flat we are staying as it will be taken over by the owner. And we already layout a schedule to do a minor reno to the newly bought house due to time constraint. We already told that we can't grant the extension. Any advise on what shall we do if in case the ex-owner will not move out after the 3-weeks will expire soon? By law, the flat is ours already.
