Hi,

Let me explain this in layman's term.

DBSS is like BTO flats except that it has all the furnishings done up for you already. Its like the condition of a condo unit when you first purchase it, not like the BTO units when it is given bare.

However, do note that DBSS has been suspended under review by MND.
