Hi June,

During 2015, 2 units were transacted with a valuation of $613k for a #01 60sqm unit and a valuation of 580k for a #03 77sqm unit. Therefore I would think that the indicative valuation would be in the region of $580k to 615k depending on the condition of the unit.
