Hi,

The sale cash proceeds will be issued in joint name cheque with all 3 owners name. It is still possible to buy with minimal cash components but option deposit is up to $5k and also agent success fee 1% + GST.

As long as it is under joint ownerships, the cashier's order will be issued under all owners and it has to be deposited into a joint account. The daughter will need to be eligible to own the flat on her own, whether is it age consideration or income consideration.

The daughter's eligibility to own the flat on her own will depend on factors such as her age and income.eg.age 35 and above > can buy under single scheme
