Hi,

There will be a first time for everyone, no one born with credit history on the home loan.

The bank will assess based on the below for one without a home loan in Singapore:
1) Credit card usage habit
2) Monthly income; this can be overseas or local
3) IRAS tax payment

The above are the basic things that banks will decide how much home loan.
