Hi, I'm thinking of buying a 4 or 5 Rm HDB flat in the West (Jurong East, Bkt Panjang or Bkt Batok), & I'm concerned about COV prices. What would be a reasonable price I'm expected to pay? Is it possible to give situational examples?
