Hi Ezy, it would depend on what you mean by 'misleading'. Is the actual unit a total different layout from the brochure?

Developers hardly make such mistakes in their brochures. On the other hand, the showroom may differ from the actual unit. The agent marketing the showroom to you is obliged to tell you how the actual unit differs from the showroom.

    Hi Richard,

Thank you for taking the time to reply.

Well in actual fact, the only variance is in the layout of the balcony. The brochure indicates the balcony living space connects to the a/c ledge via an accessible walk way with planters however it is not the case for the actual unit. In actual fact this area is no bigger than 2 feet in width between 2 high walls where i doubt even cactus can grow. As we actually paid for this particular unit with balcony thinking of the additional space while there were other similar size units w/o balcony available, we somehow feel short changed. The balcony is close to 200 sqft which comes to quite a bit of money.

    Thanks
