You will be required to sign an undertaking letter to dispose off your interests in all properties (local and overseas) latest within 6 months upon the HDB flat purchase.
If you have very strong reasons to keep hold of the property, you may wish to write in to HDB for approval. Decision will be on a case-by-case basis.
