Hi,

A mixed development unit may be more convenient as amenities (retail, transport etc) are usually within or below the residential component, but the trade off is it may feel less private/secure since the retail area is open to the public. The maintenance fees maybe theoretically lower since there's more proprietors paying. It may not be ideal to all family profiles.

May I have more info and requirements about your plans so to make better recommendations? Thanks and look forward to value-add to your housing plans.

Warm Regards,
