It depends on whether you have enjoyed the CPF housing grant previously when you purchase your current HDB flat. If you had, then most likely you are not eligible for any grants at the moment.

It depends on whether your current HDB flat is a "subsidized flat".

If it is not, you may qualify as a "first-timer", and be eligible for CPF Housing Grant.
