What are the fees incurred in selling a HDB resale 5 room flat? Appreciate if you can provide a list detailing all fees incurred such as stamp fee, agent fee(2%) that i need to factor in.

Morning,

The expenses that you will incurred in selling your unit includes: legal fee (Depending whether you will be using HDB or private lawyer), stamp fee (selling price x 3% - 5400), HDB admin fee ($80), Valuation Report ($187) and my agent fee (1.X% of selling price, excluding GST)

Recently my client bought a condo while 'holding on' to a HDB flat. They need the 'funds' for the condo and hence, has to sell the HDB unit.
