What are the chances of appeal for proximity grant getting approved when distance is slightly more than 4km? Both sets of in-laws stay in pasir ris, but we are interested in a resale unit in bedok that is about 5-6km from parents. It is quite unfair as half the proximity area is literally the ocean which limits us to tampines and at most simei which have very old flats.
