What are HDB terrace houses and what are the pros/cons of buying one? Also, is there a lease on them and what happens when the lease is up? Thanks!

Afternoon Melissa,

All HDB units comes with 99 years lease, less studio for the silver hair group. Most of this units are valued on the built in but you are free to utilise the front and back yard, depending on which area you buy. However, you do not have the drive-in pouch and huge garden.
Keith have already advised on the pricing, thus I shall not elaborate further.
