What all charges are applicable for renting a 3 HDB besides the monthly rent? Stamp duty? Agent fees? GST? PST? Any help ?

Hi AV,

As a general guildline, the charges for renting a 3 rm HDB include:

Security deposit: 1 month
Advance rental: 1 month
Stamp duty: 0.4% of annual rent
Agent fees: 1/2 month rent for 1 yr lease
GST: dependent on companies
