We'd like to move,but we have still 1 year contract left. Can I take the contract over to a new tenant ? We stay in a lovely penthouse in Bishan. What's the best way to find a new tenant ?

Hi Monika,

Are you leaving Singapore or just moving to another place within Singapore? The Diplomatic Clause allows you to terminate the contract if you are leaving Singapore (minimum 14mths of stay).

If your landlords allow you to look for a replacement Tenants, I can help you on this.
