Good evening landlord,

I am afraid to inform you that only subscribed agents are allowed to post listings on Propertyguru. If you are thinking of DIY, can try free web portals or spend $ on newspaper advertisements.

Nevertheless, if you are keen to engage a professional real estate salesperson to find qualified tenants, handle the paperworks and take care of your interest throughout the lease period, feel free to contact me. Cheers!

Warmest Regards,

    Hi Mr. Tan,
Thanks for your reply. This is Mrs Lee (wife of Lee Ser Teck). We'll consider engaging your services to find us a tenant. Perhaps you should come and have a look at our apartment to give us an idea of what the rental income might be. I am going to move to the U.K. to live, and Mr Lee will be living with relatives. We need some advice as to how much the rent will be if we rent out the entire flat with all 3 bedrooms, but leaving the small room downstairs locked for storing our stuff. As we have a lot of things, and I don't want to get rid of everything yet (in case I don't like it in UK and decide to return to Singapore), we need to store the stuff somewhere. We could rent a storage space, but the logistics of moving the stuff to the storage is too daunting. However, if making available the downstairs room results in an increase in rent that is higher than storage rental, then it makes sense to store our things elsewhere.
Your advice would be much appreciated.
