We wish to purchase a resale 4rm flat in Tampines, within a walking distance to Blk 201. We are first time buyers, eligible for grants but we only have 10k COV to spare. We know that it may be quite impossible to purchase a flat with low or COV nowadays. But hope that if anyone happens to have a flat which fits our requirements, please reply. Thank you!

My advise is simple,
Look out for leftover new flats at HDB website, or rejected or return flats to HDB ( very rare ). Please register with HDB for your interest.

Meanwhile, save and wait for the window of opportunity to open.

    I have already called HDB and they have asked me to do the same. But was told that data will only be released end of the year. So in the meantime, just thought I should drop a note here, just in case, maybe, someone has a flat to offer. Thank you anyway.
