We sold our apartment about 9 months ago and have been renting since.

Our last apartment was bought over 10 years ago before the minimum sum was introduced.

We have combined approx 500k in our ordinary accounts, 100k in our special accounts, and the maximum in our medisave 69k.

How much of the ordinary account can be used for private property purchase?
