we plan to buy a 4 bedroom unit in Tropical Spring in Simei. But the budget that we have is only up to 850K.
We only have around 60-65K in cash.
Our combined CPF acount ordinary is around 120k
Questions:
1) Is it possible to get from a bank up to 90% loan?
2) What do I need to pay in Cash, is it correct to say the following:
a) 5% of condo amount
b) legal fess? what is this, normally how much
c) stamp fee, my friend recently bought a condo and told me that CPF pay the stamp fee, just need to pay the lawyer around S$100 do arrange with CPF.
d) Normally how long would it take for me to get the key and move in once we agrred to settle on the payment.
3) We also considering the condo in Kembangan next to MRT named Astoria Park. But the budget is same and looking for 4 bedrooms but should be at least 140sq m.
