We pay house agent the house price before or after grants?

Hi,
1) The commission charged is based on your buying price.
2) The grants are the subsidy provided by the government to encourage buyers who are not successful in BTO and decided to settle with resale.
3) This grant will be deposited into your CPF account once approved. You may use this grant to pay for your down payment to reduce your monthly mortgage loan.
