Morning Grace,

Resale levy is only payable when you are selling a subsidized HDB unit and intend to purchase your second subsidized unit.

I would presume that you are referring to HDB housing grant. PR who converted to SC within 1 year from date of key collection are eligible to apply for such arrangements. As for your case, I'm afraid you are no longer eligible.

you can't claim for the resale levy.
you can request for the top-up grant.
