We married sc,we have 150K cpf and 120k cash,we intend to buy 3 bedroom ec,but with our combined household income of 4k and existing car loan of $700 monthly,our IPA affected?how much roughly bank will grant?It is possible to buy new 3 bedroom ec vvip price?

It would be best to get a banker to asses your case for an IPA.May i recommend my personal banker to do an IPA for your,free of charge at no obligation at all.Currently,i have a few new ECs on hand which has 3 bdrms unit..Price from $6xxK . Please contact me for more info ..
