We just sold off our HDB. Spore citizens. After paying off my wife's bankruptcy debts (to discharge her).. We have Cash 200K. CPF 120K. We are looking to buy a 800K EC, thus bank loan. (Loan about 500k). What are the chances or conditions if any for us securing a loan? Combined income 6K. 34 yr olds.
