Dear owner,
In order to qualify for selling, you will be required to have met your Minimum Occupation Period. Before we proceed into taking any actions, you will also need to assess the financial aspects to determine if you need to sell first before buying or you can actually buy before selling.
In most scenarios, my advise is usually to sell the unit first before purchasing such that you will not be in a difficult situation to sell your unit at a lower than expected price due to your confirmed purchase, however, this could work negative if the unit you have purchased requires extensive renovation so there will be periods where you do not have proper shelter overhead.
Based on my experience, if all is smooth sailing, the entire process should take around 2.5 months at most.
Having been in the real estate industry for years, my team of dedicated salesperson should be able to assist you with the buy and sell process effectively, therefore should you require any further advise or assistance, feel free to give me a buzz.
